The Dylan Condos is a new condo development by Chestnut Hill Developments currently in preconstruction at 831 Glencairn Avenue, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024.

The mid-rise is set to house 224 units comprised of 167 one-bedroom suites, 45 two-bedroom suites and 12 three-bedroom suites. The suites will range from 625 sq.ft. to 1,100 sq. ft. Each floor will hold between 8 to 33 units, and a variety of balconies will be available throughout.

The top floor will be home to the amenity space. The building will have 3,682 sq.ft. of retail space.
