Toronto is getting ready to welcome 1200 Dundas Street West Condos, a sleek new mid-rise boutique community by Fieldgate Urban. With a smart, contemporary look from the acclaimed designers at TACT Architecture , 1200 Dundas Street West Condos will feature a mixed-use profile, combining seven stories of residential space with street-level retail facilities. It is set to occupy a prime site near the intersection of Dundas Street West and Ossington Avenue in central Toronto’s west end, straddling the beautiful and historic Trinity-Bellwoods, Little Italy, and Dufferin Grove neighborhoods.

According to real estate industry reports detailing the project’s zoning application, 1200 Dundas Street West Condos will ascend to a peak of eight stories and house a total of 76 residential suites. The projected unit breakdown is as follows:

  • 30 one-bedroom units
  • 42 two-bedroom units
  • 4 three-bedroom units

At ground level, a total of 6,512 square feet (605 square meters) of retail facilities will add to residents’ daily convenience while enhancing the adjacent streetscapes.
